Our Courtyard Cottage Collection consists of homes that are usually 2500-3500 square feet. These cottages maintain the overall feel of a manor, but on a smaller scale. Adding a courtyard space out front makes the home inviting for the homeowner and guests alike. A small cottage in the Euro Old World style is just right for those wanting the warmth without the square footage.
Our Courtyard Cottage Collections are available for purchase at $.50 cents a square foot of conditioned space.
Revision services are available to customize the home to your needs. Revisions are bid based on what you are requesting and the amount of time we feel it will take to revise the plan. Some revisions require minimal work and some more depending on how much the revision effects the structure of the home.
