Euro World Design (EWD) is responsible for design concepts only. All dimensions, quantities, methods, and details used in the actual construction process shall be verified and coordinated by a licensed general contractor. EWD is not responsible for final dimensions or actual field conditions due to the differing modes of construction, geographic locations, and varying types of material used by constructors. EWD does not assume or apply any warranty for soil/site conditions, materials used for construction, safety or other conditions beyond its control. Unless commissioned by the Owner, EWD does not provide engineering, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical services. It is the responsibility and liability of the general contractor and / or Owner to consult qualified professionals for the services EWD does not provide.
