Euro World Design offers remodeling design services for residential structures. Our remodeling services meet your specific design needs whether it is interior and/or exterior makeovers. Make overs are very rewarding for the client and our team. Any structure can be manipulated to help make it more apealing to the eye and at the same time increase its value. Sometimes all it takes is a few details and landscaping to create the character needed for a great design.
Our remodeling services fee is based on time of involvement. We first have to develop an understanding of the existing structure and draw it with as-built dimensions. From there we concept what could be done with the structure based on the clients needs at the same time making sure our concepts are buildable and within the clients budget. From there we are able to finalize construction drawings. We set our fee’s at $125.00 per hour and can give you an estimate of the amount of hours it will take to complete. Additional fee’s may occur if we have to use outside sources for research or consult.
