EWD Copyright Guidelines

Drawings, specifications, renderings, marketing materials, and other documents, including those in electronic form, prepared by Euro World Design (EWD) are Instruments of Service for the Owner’s use solely with respect to their Project. All Instruments of Service are the intellectual property of Euro World Design. Euro World Design shall be deemed the author and owner of the Instruments of Service and shall retain all common law, statutory and other reserved rights, including copyrights. All Euro World Design plans and images are protected under copyright law. Reproduction of the illustrations or working drawings by any means is strictly prohibited. The Owner is granted an exclusive limited license to build only one structure from the plans unless otherwise granted specifically in writing by Euro World Design. Please note that any and all forms of the plans cannot be resold by the Owner.

All intellectual property including, but not limited to, artwork, renderings, marketing materials, and other project related documents cannot be used or duplicated by the Owner unless specifically granted permission in writing by Euro World Design. Individuals or parties which fail to abide by this clause will be held responsible. The violations are enforceable through law and are subject to monetary compensation to Euro World Design.

Euro World Design shall have the right to include photographic or artistic representation of the design of the project among EWD's promotional and professional materials. Euro World Design shall be given reasonable access to the completed project to make such representations. However, EWD materials shall not include the Owner’s confidential or proprietary information if the Owner has previously advised EWD in writing of the specific information considered by the Owner to be confidential or proprietary. The Owner shall provide professional credit for EWD in the Owner’s promotional materials for the project.
